Pneumatic actuators that convert the pressure energy of the compressed gas of the swing table cylinder into mechanical energy in pneumatic transmission. There are two types of cylinders for reciprocating linear motion reciprocating swing (see figure). ③Diaphragm cylinder: replace the piston with a diaphragm, only output force in one direction, return with a spring. It has good sealing performance but short stroke.
④Impact cylinder: This is a new type of component. It converts the pressure energy of the compressed gas into the kinetic energy of the high-speed (10-20 meters / second) movement of the piston to work. The impact cylinder adds a middle cover with a spout a drain. The middle cover the piston divide the cylinder into three chambers: a gas storage cavity, a head cavity a tail cavity. It is widely used in various operations such as blanking, punching, crushing forming. The reciprocating cylinder is called a swing cylinder. The inner cavity is divided into two by the blades, air is alternately supplied to the two chambers. The output shaft swings the swing angle is less than 280 °. In addition, there are rotary cylinders, gas-liquid damping cylinders stepping cylinders.
