Our company is the patentee of the Chinese utility model patent (patent number: ZL202321166251.8, patent name: parallel opening and closing air claw) and invention patent (patent number: ZL202311281269.7, patent name: a piston mechanism and clamping device). The above patents were authorized by the China National Intellectual Property Administration on September 2, 2023 and April 8, 2025 respectively, and are currently in a legal and effective state.

Through our investigation, we have found that the technical solutions of the pneumatic fingers (model/specification: B52-HFK40F-XSC056E) and cylinders (model/specification: B52-HFD16X130-XSC075E) produced and sold by your company are highly similar to our patented technical solutions and fall within the scope of protection of the aforementioned patent rights, suspected of infringing on our company's patent rights.

We hereby solemnly inform and remind your company:

From the date of receipt of this letter, please immediately stop manufacturing, selling, and promising to sell the above-mentioned products. If your company does not stop infringing on our patent rights, we will further take legal measures including but not limited to litigation, administrative complaints, etc. to safeguard our legitimate rights and interests. All legal responsibilities arising from this will be borne by your company.
