  The applicable environment of SMC:

1. The high  low temperature of the environment should be selected within the scope of the word order.

2. In the environment  the relative humidity is high  there are water drops  rain, waterproof solenoid valves should be selected

3 There are often vibrations, bumps  shocks in the environment. Special types should be selected, such as marine solenoid valves.

4. For use in corrosive  explosive environments, priority should be given to corrosion resistance according to safety requirements.

5. If the environmental space is limited, please choose a multi-function solenoid valve, because it eliminates the bypass  three manual valves for online maintenance. Applicable medium:

(1) Seven-leaf state  mixed state respectively  different types of solenoid valves

(2) Products with different specifications of medium temperature, otherwise the coil will burn out  the seals will age, which will seriously affect the service life. The medium temperature should be selected within the allowable range of the solenoid valve.

(3) Medium viscosity, usually below 50cst. If this value is exceeded, a high viscosity solenoid valve with a diameter less than 15mm is ordered.

(4) When the medium cleanliness is  high, a recoil filter valve should be equipped in front of the solenoid valve.
